TyphoonSays reports: At 06:00 on September 4, the China Meteorological Administration (CMA) continued to issue a yellow warning for heavy rain and a blue warning for typhoons. From the 4th to the 5th, heavy to torrential rain is expected in southern Hunan, central and southern Jiangxi, and eastern Fujian, with localized areas in eastern Fujian likely to experience extreme rainfall (250–280 mm). Areas mentioned above should take precautions against secondary disasters caused by intense precipitation and prepare accordingly. Reported by Dazhong News Network.
