Zhejiang Activates Typhoon Emergency Response; KROVANH to Circle in the East China Sea

TyphoonSays reports that at 14:00 on September 3, Tropical Storm KROVANH (the 24th typhoon of the year) was located approximately 834 kilometers east of Wenzhou over the ocean, with an intensity classified as a tropical storm. It is expected to move into the eastern waters of the East China Sea and may circle in place. Due to its influence, coastal areas of Zhejiang will experience showers and gusts of force 8-10 from the 4th to the 5th. The Zhejiang Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has activated the maritime typhoon emergency response, urging vessels in the relevant sea areas to take shelter from the wind.
