TyphoonSays reports: The Jiangsu Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for strong winds in sea areas on the evening of the 3rd. Affected by the outer circulation of Typhoon No. 24 "KROVANH," gusts in sea areas such as Nantong are expected to reach levels 8-9 from the night of the 4th to the 5th. While temperatures in Jiangsu remain comfortable recently, winds are relatively strong, and scattered thunderstorms continue south of the Huai River. The public is advised to take precautions against wind and rain when traveling.
Although KROVANH did not make direct landfall, its outer wind forces should not be underestimated.
