According to TyphoonSays, affected by the remnant circulation of Typhoon "SAUDEL," Putian in Fujian Province has experienced continuous heavy rainfall, leading to saturated soil moisture and a high risk of disasters. Starting from 13:00 on September 3, the entire city implemented measures to suspend work, production, and classes, and close markets, in response to the severe flood control situation.
