TyphoonSays reports: As Typhoon Saudel continues to exert its influence, a new typhoon, Krovanh, has also formed. Under the combined effect of these two typhoons, strong winds of force 6-7, with gusts reaching force 8-10, are expected across most of the South China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the coastal areas of southern Fujian and Zhejiang. Meteorological authorities have advised vessels in the affected sea areas to return to port promptly to seek shelter from the wind, and for coastal regions to make necessary preparations against strong winds.
