According to TyphoonSays, at 08:00 on September 3, Typhoon No. 24 of the year, "KROVANH," was located in the waters east of the Ryukyu Islands with an intensity of tropical storm. In view of its northwestward movement, the Zhejiang Maritime Safety Administration officially activated a Level IV typhoon emergency response at 08:00 on the same day, requiring relevant units to strengthen duty shifts, implement measures for ships to seek shelter from the wind, and ensure maritime traffic safety.
