Typhoon KROVANH Located in the Eastern East China Sea; Outer Circulation Affects Shanghai

According to TyphoonSays, the center of this year's 24th typhoon, "KROVANH" (tropical storm level), was located over the eastern sea area of the East China Sea at 17:00 on the 4th, north of Naha. It is expected to move southward at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour. Influenced by its outer circulation, Shanghai's weather will change over the weekend, and precautions against wind and rain are advised. As reported by Sina Finance.
Although KROVANH will not make direct landfall, its outer cloud systems may still bring wind and rain to Shanghai.
