According to TyphoonSays, as of 16:00 on September 4, Typhoon "Saudel" has affected 128,500 people across 53 counties in Jiangxi Province, with 8,697 people urgently evacuated and resettled. In view of the severe flood control situation, the Jiangxi Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters activated a Level IV emergency response for flood control at 11:00 on the same day. This typhoon has become the tropical cyclone with the greatest impact on Jiangxi so far this year. Reported by Xinhua News Agency
