TyphoonSays reports: At 17:30 on September 4, the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Observatory upgraded the heavy rain warning to Level II and maintained the typhoon warning at Level IV. This year's 24th typhoon, "KROVANH," is located north of Naha in the Ryukyu Islands, with an intensity of tropical storm. It is expected to gradually turn southward toward the fishing grounds off Fujian. Fujian has adjusted its flood control emergency response to Level III while maintaining the typhoon defense response at Level IV. Coastal areas are advised to take precautions against wind and rain impacts. According to a report by Yicai (First Financial Daily).
Although it will not make direct landfall, its outer rainbands are quite strong.
