TyphoonSays reports: Influenced by the outer cloud bands of a typhoon and a low-pressure zone, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) issued a heavy rain advisory on September 4. There is a risk of localized heavy downpours in Keelung, Taipei, New Taipei, and Yilan. Areas in northern and central Taiwan, as well as mountainous regions, should also remain vigilant. Authorities remind the public to beware of lightning strikes, strong gusts, and sudden rises in stream levels. Continuous rainfall increases the risk of landslides and falling rocks in mountainous areas, while low-lying areas should guard against water accumulation. According to the CWA (Taiwan, China).
Friends in northern Taiwan, remember to bring an umbrella when going out, and exercise caution when visiting mountainous areas
