TyphoonSays reports: Although the center of Typhoon "SAUDEL" is located in the South China Sea, its northern inverted trough, combined with topographical effects, has triggered heavy rainfall in southern Zhejiang and eastern Fujian. From the 1st to the 2nd, most areas in Wenzhou experienced torrential rain, with some stations recording extreme downpours. The cumulative rainfall in Lingxi, Cangnan reached 531 mm. Parts of eastern Lishui and Taizhou also saw heavy rain; vigilance against secondary disasters is advised. Source: Tencent News
