Quanzhou Upgrades Rainstorm Emergency Response to Level II

TyphoonSays reports: On September 2 at 15:00, the Quanzhou Meteorological Observatory upgraded the rainstorm warning to Level I and continued to issue a Typhoon Warning Level IV. The Municipal Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters decided to simultaneously upgrade the rainstorm emergency response to Level II while maintaining the typhoon emergency response at Level IV. All localities are required to strengthen duty rosters and implement effective defenses against heavy rainfall. According to Quanzhou Net.
