After the landfall, Choi_wan did not disperse rapidly, but continued toward NW deeper inland and gradually turned toward N. During the 5th to 6th of October, its central length moved from 155.2°E to 150.6°E, the latitude from 21.3°N rapidly increased to 25.4°N, Moving speed significantly accelerated, showing the Go to W wind belt acceleration trend. On the morning of 7th of October, the system reached the twist point near the N-end of the path at 26.5°N, 150.6°E, then turned to NE, and finally at 8th of October at 08:00 at 40.5°N, 148.2°E weakened.
