"ZITAN" (Tropical Storm): Centered at 20.5°N, 107.7°E, with a central pressure of 990 hPa and maximum sustained winds of 23 m/s. Its earlier stagnation in the Beibu Gulf caused extreme rainfall in Guangxi. It is expected to move northward and weaken into a tropical depression by the 27th, with wind and rain impacts gradually subsiding.
"JANLAVI" (Tropical Depression): Centered at 24°N, 119.1°E, with a central pressure of 1000 hPa and maximum sustained winds of 15 m/s. It is moving west-southwest at 10 km/h and is expected to approach the coasts of Fujian and Guangdong this afternoon. With weak intensity, it will mainly bring localized shower precipitation.
