- The early warning signal isLocal Wind ForceTyphoon Center Intensity is not the same – areas far from the center may also reach high levels of early warning due to peripherals.
- Typhoon "Down " rains may appear hundreds of kilometers away from the center, don’t relax until you disable the early warning.
Relationship with Emergency Response
