Typhoon 应急响应The class是什么? 和预警信号有何区别
预警信号是气象部门发给公众的天气警报, 应急响应是政府启动的防御行动The class. Level IV到level I逐级加码, Ⅰ级为最高.
Two systems, each one.
When Typhoon comes you will hear two levels at the same time, which are not the same thing:
Typhoon early warning signals (meteorological department → public)
Blue, yellow, orange, red, depending on the size of the wind force and the impact of Time release, directly attached to the stop class (see typhoon early warning signal specialty).
应急响应The class (政府→各部门)
IV, III, II and IV, level I最高Launched by the government's Flood Defense Command Agency at all levels, it is the operation mobilization decree for government departments:

How do you use these two signals?
- Early warning signals determine personal behaviorYellow above consider not to go out, red strictly reside.
- See the severity of emergency response.: 政府启动II level, level I响应, 说明官方判断风险极高, 配合转移安置等要求是保命义务.
- Transfer is a tough requirement.During the emergency response, please cooperate immediately when the village cadres are notified of the transfer – a considerable proportion of Typhon casualties occurred in the" people who refused to move" or" returned " after the transfer.
响应The class的"就高原则"
Province, City, County可以启动不同The class响应, 本地执行以当地 (更高要求) 为准. 例如 Province启动Third level, 但你所在的Landfall点城 City可能已是level I.
Before the arrival of Typhoon, it is recommended to pay simultaneous attention to: CMA (China)/Province Meteorological Station early warning signals + Local Flood Control Command emergency response announcements + TyphoonSays Live Track (judging Typhoon with your distance and Trend) , three sources of information mutually authenticated.
