What is "Earth Typhon "? S Sea Typhon's speed and resistance

What is Typhoon?
Locally formed by tropical cyclones in the S Sea, the meteorological circle is commonly referred to as"Typhoon of the Earth" (relatively to the W Pacific"Typhoon of the Far East").
