TyphoonSays reports: Influenced by the outer circulation of Typhoon "KROVANH" and cold air, coastal areas will experience moderate to heavy rain, with local torrential downpours. Shaoxing and other areas will see frequent showers, while other regions will be mostly cloudy to overcast. The public is advised to carry rain gear when traveling and take precautions against the adverse effects of heavy precipitation. According to Sina Finance.
