According to TyphoonSays, influenced by Typhoon "Saudel" and weak cold air, Quanzhou is expected to experience continuous heavy rainfall from the 2nd to the 4th, with localized cumulative precipitation reaching up to 450 mm, accompanied by severe convective weather. Given the high risk of disasters caused by accumulated rainfall, the Quanzhou Education Bureau has issued an urgent notice requiring all schools in the city to suspend classes to ensure the safety of teachers and students.
