TyphoonSays reports that from October 23 to 24, Typhoon CHAMPI, the 30th typhoon of the year, will bring strong winds and heavy rain to China’s southeastern coast. Zhejiang may experience exceptionally heavy rainstorms in some areas, while parts of Taiwan may see extraordinarily heavy rainstorms, with coastal gusts reaching Beaufort force 9 to 10. Meanwhile, precipitation is also expected in Xinjiang and other regions, and rain will increase across many parts of northern China over the weekend, so precautions should be taken.
