At the initial moment, the Typhoon center at lat 19.5°N, 165.8°, followed by 3h toward N microEMoving to lat 19.9°N, 165.9°, in this stage the Moving speed is relatively slow, the length varies extremely small. However, from 17:00 to 20:00, the Typhoon Moving speed is significantly accelerated, the latitude rises rapidly in 3h by 2.0 latitude to lat 21.9°, showing the influence of the guiding air flow is significantly enhanced.
