From 14:00 on May 17 to 08:00 on May 19, the typhoon's center latitude rose from 9.2°N to 15°N, and its longitude shifted westward from 139.1°E to 132.4°E, resulting in a relatively straight track. Notably, between 14:00 on May 19 and May 20, the longitude changed very little (from 132.2°E to 132.3°E), indicating a brief stagnation or looping near 132°E, followed by a significant turn in its path. Starting from May 20, the movement direction shifted to northeastward until it dissipated at 27.3°N, 146.4°E at 14:00 on May 22. Throughout its entire life cycle, this typhoon did not make landfall and remained over the ocean.
