Typhoon No. 19 of the year, "Zitan," is currently located at 20.4°N, 110.3°E, with a central pressure of 998 hPa and maximum sustained winds of 15 m/s. It is moving north at 21 km/h. Its center made its second landfall early today along the coast of Xuwen, Guangdong, and continues to move inland towards Guangdong, Guangxi, and Yunnan, bringing significant wind and rain to South and Southwest China.
