Subsequently, between July 21st, 18th and July 22st, 12th, there was a noticeable rotational adjustment of the path, with the length from 126.7° E toward E retreating to 128.2° E, the latitudeining a narrow fluctuation at 27.1° N to 27.5° N, showing the possibility of a weaker or multiple center interaction by the surrounding flow field. After July 22st, 18th, the Typhoon established toward NMovingTrend, and at July 24th, 12th accelerated toward NE direction, eventually reaching lat.8° 35.N, near 128.6°.
The system formed initially as Nameless (12m/s), intensified into Tropical Storm on July 21st, 18th, reaching its peak intensity in its history, max wind to 20m/s. Since then until July 23st, its Intensity has beenined at Tropical Storm level (20m/s). From July 23st, 06th, as the system toward NMovingGo to higher latitudes, the intensity began to weaken and decline to Nameless (17m/s), followed by wind speed further decreased, before dispersal to 12m/s. By the lack of air pressure data, only on the basis of wind speed can judge its structure is loose, can not develop into higher-level storms.
