Typhoon No. 18, “SAUDEL”: Although it made its third landfall along the coast of Gulei, Zhangpu, Fujian, earlier this morning, its northern trough combined with cold air has brought exceptionally heavy rainfall to Zhejiang, particularly central and southern Wenzhou, and has caused the suspension of some high-speed rail services.
New Typhoon “DUJUAN”: Preliminary reports of its formation have emerged, and it may join the group of active typhoons in the future. Continued attention is warranted.
